If you really want to treat yourself, then you should visit The King of Fjords, Sognefjorden for a memorable time. There are few other places in the world where you can feel such peace and at the same time greatness, being in touch with nature. To be in this nature is a mindful experience in it self, but with a little help from our skilled instructors this can give you a boost lasting for a long time.
We arrange yoga sessions, mindfulness courses and SUP yoga in the midst of our stunning nature. Our yoga instructors teaches Anahata Yoga, which is a very gentle and energizing form of yoga which teach you to lead from your heart. You can also treat yourself with a relaxing massage, alone or in combination with yoga.
